Generally, all software is published under the GPL.
For the hardware i use a license created from the Creative Commons website
You can find a html version of that in every project archive and also here

If you are comercially interrested in any of this circuits (for example selling plain pcb's, kits, complete units, ...), you can not do without my written permit. Please contact me in such a case, i am sure we will find a solution !
