Starting with 0.0.22 i am going to provide this small "changelog"

- starting to move gui objects into external lib
- core implementation of a function-lib, stream-functions can now be
  retrieved by look-up (i.e. "f~+f~" to add two float streams)
  that way they are automatically accelerated if possible, without
  changes to the objects.
- starting to add icons, descriptions and whats-this to the external-menues (see guiobjects)
- slowly cleaning up the #include mess
- start to cleanup the api
